Our Ridaure Fine collection includes water-resistant designs created for everyday wear. To help preserve the finish and longevity of all jewellery, we still recommend limiting prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals where possible.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Many pieces within the Ridaure Fine collection are crafted using 18k gold plated stainless steel, chosen for comfortable everyday wear, including for many customers with sensitive skin.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 2–4 working days via Royal Mail. All UK orders qualify for complimentary delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand shipping destinations in the future.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
